i thought of valentine's day and thought of mr acjc val. haa. he came for service at expo on sunday. and i was extremely nice to him. ok sort of nice.
anyway i wanted to throw a party for singles on valentine's day. but that i will consider again. something zzz happened, it was like a complete mockery to my loneliness. my dearest track senior from acjc, siwei, called me at work today asking me for a favour. because he is stuck in camp, serving the nation this few days, he asked if i could go order flowers and get them sent to his girlfriend for valentine's day. i give him a 150 points for being a great boyfriend and his efforts in making the day special for his girl despite being stuck in camp. but minus a GAZILLION points for his lack of sensitivity towards one of his bestest juniors! whey! how can like that, after i spend a million minutes on the phone listening to him talk about not having a girlfriend and going through his awful singlehood days with him, and being happy for him after he got his dream girl and now this outright mockery at my lack of other half. i have a good mind to order the flowers for myself la. i miss school days valentines. in nanyang everyone got flowers and chocolates and sweet nothings from each other. in cjc, byron bought the entire class gifts- chocolates for girls and condoms for guys. (strange) and i made chocolate for the entire class at 4am in the morn. and last year was spent emotional blackmailing a certain somebody to buy me a rose. HA! and now this sad sad sad situation of having no chocolates and roses for valentine's day. now this clear distinction of who really has a valentine and who doesnt. and this pathetic situation where you are people's good and faithful friend and you will order roses for their girlfriends. BOO at SIWEI! HA at MYSELF!
