the different degrees of positive emotions i experience today.

happiness: there is something strangely therapeutic about seeing one of your oldest and bestest friend nodding away beside you on the bus ride home. it made me feel like reaching out and telling her to rest her head on my shoulder so that you wont nod about so much. but i have extremely bony and uncomfortable shoulders to sleep on. so i just enjoyed the momentary warmth that rose from my tummy all the way to my heart when i saw jieyun nodding away beside me.

joy: on the way home from my interview today (i am getting an admin job, ok i hope to get one) there was a heavy downpour. for no particular reason i was feeling so so so joyous to see my the world curtained by rain rain and rain. i giggled irrestibly when the wind blew in the rain on me and made me wet all over. i felt like an idiot ( a very happy one and wet one) smiling to myself in the rainnn.
