MAKE UP ARTIST: WONG JIE YUN
HAIR STYLIST: WONG JIE YUN
OVERALL STYLIST: WONG JIE YUN
i think she is supremely extremely talented. witha make up artist and stylist like this, why would i need to worry? as in i was really perfectly contented to sit there and let her do everything. i didnt wear contact lens, so i just sat there quite confident, and was very amazed when i saw the end product at the end when i leaned forward to see myself in the mirror.
i am IMPRESSED with jieyun.! <3

I am half way through categorising stuff on my new blog. then there are links to put up.
in other words, pretty soon, this place will be closed. and before it is officially closed, i wont be updating here either. rather silly to be trying to categorise everything on the other new blog and adding new entries here right?
alrightt. had a tiring day. i napped for 4 hours after dinner.

I have no more use for religion

the more i experience the Holiness of God, the more i am certain of this: men's empty words and traditions can never replace the true holiness of God. they are nothing more but empty shells. more and more, i am convinced that once you experienced the Holiness, touch the Holiness, be in that cloud of Glory, there would be a physical response. you can't be standing still; it is more than just godly inspiration that comes with a peaceful singing. His Presence brings great power-Isaiah fell flat on his face; the children of Israel could not bear to look at Moses' face because of the glory.
yes, He demands our greatest reverence and that reverence comes at the price of our dignity. in worship and praise, there is no dignity left for yourself. you thrown down your crowns, and as King David says: i will be more undignified than this! how can you not dance for joy? how can you not lift up your hands and shout His praises? how can you not fall down on your knees and worship? i have no more use for religion or man made traditions that try to outline and limit God within activities, practices that men are comfortable in. i have no use too for loud music, crowds that cheer for the hype of it. (in case you think i am being anti-traditionalist) the mode of worship is secondary. but worship is not worship when the presence of God is not there. worship is for God, to God. without God there, all songs- no matter hymns or rock, all lyrics-no matter direct quotation from verses or punkish sounding rap is all man made and utterly powerless. but worship sessions that draw down the presence of God, worship sessions where people are worshipping a real God in their midst is Holy, reverent; worship that is of truth and spirit is acceptable and Holy. there is really no worship without God. quite simple as that.
lift up your hands, shout His praise, dance for joy, fall down on your knees, for He is the King of Kings: deserving your highest praise!
